Malai Kabab.

It is additional dish for any menu. It like by every age group. It also use as a snakes.
Ingredients
  Minced meat 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Qeema Of Beef, Mutton Or Chicken.)
  Ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Tablespoon
  Red chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Garam masala powder 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Paste of raw papaya/Any meat tenderizer 2 Tablespoon
  Green papaya paste/Any meat tenderizer 2 Tablespoon
  Coriander leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Chopped mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped mint leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Green chilies 8 , chopped
  Bread 4 (Loaf)
  Eggs 2 (For Coating The Kababs.)
  Fresh cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)
  Salt To Taste
  Sliced onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnishing)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

First soak the bread slices in a cup of milk for 10-12 min.
Rinse the additional milk from bread, and mash it.
Mix all ingredients accept eggs, and mashed bread in mince in bowl.
Add fresh cream in the mixture. Prepare oval shaped kababs.
Kbabas set with shewkers. Heat up oil in a pan( karahi).
Dip the kabas in beaten eggs and fry the kabas on medium flame, till golden brown.
Serve it garnish with sliced onions.
