|Green papaya paste/Any meat tenderizer||2 Tablespoon|

|Chopped mint||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped mint leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Green chilies||8 , chopped|
|Eggs||2 (For Coating The Kababs.)|
|Fresh cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Oil||2 Cup (32 tbs) (For Frying)|
|Sliced onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (For Garnishing)|
|Milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
First soak the bread slices in a cup of milk for 10-12 min.
Rinse the additional milk from bread, and mash it.
Mix all ingredients accept eggs, and mashed bread in mince in bowl.
Add fresh cream in the mixture. Prepare oval shaped kababs.
Kbabas set with shewkers. Heat up oil in a pan( karahi).
Dip the kabas in beaten eggs and fry the kabas on medium flame, till golden brown.
Serve it garnish with sliced onions.
