|Gram flour||200 Gram (Kadala Maav)|
|Rice flour||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Arisi Maav)|
|All purpose flour||1 Teaspoon (Maida)|
|Baking soda||1 Pinch|
|Red onion/Yellow onion||1 , chopped lengthwise|
|Chopped green chillies||4|
|Green chili||4 , chopped|
|Curry leaves||1 Teaspoon|
|Oil||100 Milliliter (To Fry)|
|Coriander leaves||1 Teaspoon|
* In a big bowl put gram flour, rice flour, al purpose flour, salt, soda and ghee and mix all.
* Now add the chopped red onion which are cut lengthwise and add finely chopped green chillies, corrainder and curry leaves.
* Just sprinkle water and mix by hand so that the onions are coated with the flours.
* Heat oil in a pan and put the onions here and there in oil as shown. Remove after they are golden brown in both sides.
* Serve hot.
