|Firm white fish||1 1⁄2 Pound, skinned and cubed (3 Cups / 700 Gram)|
|Yoghurt||1⁄4 Pint (2/3 Cup / 150 Milliliter)|
|Turmeric||5 Milliliter (1 Teaspoon)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), crushed / minced|
|Butter||1 1⁄2 Ounce (3 Tablespoon / 40 Gram)|
|Onion||1 Large, finely sliced|
Put the fish pieces in a dish. Mix together the yoghurt (yogurt), turmeric and garlic and stir into the fish. Leave to marinate for an hour.
Put the butter in a large dish and cook on full power for 45 seconds. Add the onions and spices, cover and cook on full power for 3 minutes.
Stir in the fish and marinade, cover and cook on medium power for 10 minutes, stirring once.
