Ingredients
  Coriander seed 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ground turmeric 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cumin seed 1 Tablespoon
  Cinnamon stick 4 Inch
  Whole cloves 5
  Cardamom pods 1 Tablespoon, shelled (Shelled To Yield About 1 Teaspoon Seed)
  Peppercorns 1 Teaspoon
  Ground ginger 1 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
Directions

Place all ingredients in shallow baking pan.
Bake in 200° oven for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Blend ingredients using mortar and pestle or an electric blender till well ground.
Pour into small containers.
Cover.
