Sardine Salad With Madras Dressing
|Canned sardine||225 Gram, mashed well|
|Cooked diced beetroot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated apple||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Apple||1 , sliced|
|Madras dressing||150 Milliliter|
|Lime juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Lettuce leaves||4 (To Garnish)|
1. Mix well in a bowl mashed sardines, beetroot and grated apple.
2. Add dressing, toss well, chill.
3. Place salad in a shallow salad bowl, garnish with shredded lettuce and sliced apple sprinkled with lemon juice.
