Sardine Salad With Madras Dressing

Ingredients
  Canned sardine 225 Gram, mashed well
  Cooked diced beetroot 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated apple 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Apple 1 , sliced
  Madras dressing 150 Milliliter
  Lime juice 2 Tablespoon
  Lettuce leaves 4 (To Garnish)
Directions

1. Mix well in a bowl mashed sardines, beetroot and grated apple.
2. Add dressing, toss well, chill.
3. Place salad in a shallow salad bowl, garnish with shredded lettuce and sliced apple sprinkled with lemon juice.
