|Plain non-fat yogurt||8 Ounce|
|Cucumber||1 Small, peeled, seeded and finely diced|
|Diced green bell pepper||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped fresh parsley/Cilantro||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cumin||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper||To Taste|
In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients except pepper.
Stir well, cover and chill until ready to serve.
Can be made up to 1 hour in advance.
Sprinkle with pepper before serving.
