Jerusalem Artichokes In Spicy Indian Cheese Sauce
|Jerusalem artichokes||250 Gram|
|Cheese sauce||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Use Spicy Variety)|
|Finely chopped mint||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (50 Gram)|
|Chilli powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
|Softened butter||2 Tablespoon|
|Hard boiled eggs||2 , shelled and chopped|
1. Cook artichokes in boiling salted water until tender. Drain and cut lengthwise and place in a buttered baking dish.
2. Make sauce as directed. Add chopped eggs and pour over the artichokes. Sprinkle grated cheese, mint and chilli powder.
3. Spread butter and bread crumbs mixture on top.
4. Bake in a preheated oven (220Â°C-425Â°F-gas mark-7) for 10 minutes until top turns golden brown or place under a hot grill.
5. Serve hot.
