Spicy Gobi Adraki

A yummy Gobi adraki recipe that is real easy to make. This cauliflower cooked with ginger and spices recipe is just right with any Indian bread or even rice. A delicious dish that would truly add to the taste of your main dish.
Ingredients
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh ginger 50 Gram, chopped
  Green chilies 4 , chopped
  Turmeric powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Degi mirch 8 Gram
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 2 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 50 Gram, chopped
  Cauliflower 1432 Gram
  Onions 2
  Tomatoes 2
  Ginger 8 Gram, julienne cut
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Cut the onions.
2. Cut cauliflower into big florets.
3. Cut tomatoes into small pieces.
4. Peel and chop ginger as well as julienne some for garnishing.
5. Chop fresh green chillies finely.
6. Wash and chop fresh coriander leaves.

MAKING
7. In a pan, heat oil.
8. Add cumin seeds and allow it to crackle.
9. Add chopped ginger and green chillies and sauté for a few seconds.
10. Add onions. Fry onions till it becomes light brown.
11. Add all the powdered spices like turmeric, coriander, chilli powder. Add salt and saute for a few seconds.
12. Add cauliflower and let it coat the masalas.
13. Add chopped tomatoes.
14. Let it cook on a slow flame after covering it with lid for 8 to 10 minutes.
15. Check whether cauliflower is done. If it is done, garnish with fresh chopped coriander and ginger julienne.

SERVING
16. Serve Spicy Gobi Adraki with chapati or naan.
