Sooji Ka Payas
|Semolina||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Rawa)|
|Cardamom powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Grated coconut||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Jaggery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Sweetened condensed milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Roast semolina in ghee and grind with the coconut.
Add sugar and a little cardamom powder.
Fry the mixture for a few minutes.
Cool slightly and form into marble-sized balls.
Heat milk mixed with the condensed milk and a little jaggery.
Thicken and add cardamom powder.
Add semolina balls and simmer till they are soft and the milk mixture is blended.
Chill and serve.
