Indian Cheese Puffs

Ingredients
  Bread slice 18 Small, cut into rounds
  Cheese 225 Gram, grated
  Egg whites 3 , stiffly beaten
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Finely chopped mint/Finely chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato ketchup 4 Tablespoon
  Green chillies 2 , deseeded and chopped
Directions

1. Prepare bread rounds spread butter or margarine evenly on each round.
2. Mix together cheese, onion, garlic, mint, tomato ketchup and chilli.
3. Fold in beaten egg white, mix well and mound on bread rounds.
4. Bake in a preheated oven.
