Chikoo Ka Khoyewala Halwa

Ingredients
  Chikoo 12 , peeled and finely chopped
  Unsweetened khoya 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Burnt Milk)
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Almonds 1 Tablespoon, finely sliced
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Put sugar and chikoos in a pan and cook slowly, adding ghee a little at a time.
Mince the khoya and add when the chikoos are soft.
Cook till the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Add cardamom powder and pat onto a greased plate.
Cool and decorate with almond slices.
Cut into squares and serve at room temperature.
