Indian Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
  Mashed cooked pumpkin 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon, fried in shortening until transparent
  Milk/Light cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon
  Dried mint 1 Dash (Or Fresh)
Directions

Combine pumpkin and water; stir to form thin puree; add onion.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Add milk or cream, salt to taste, and curry powder.
Heat through, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle mint over the top just before serving.
