Indian Pumpkin Soup

|Mashed cooked pumpkin||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Water||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon, fried in shortening until transparent|
|Milk/Light cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Dried mint||1 Dash (Or Fresh)|
Combine pumpkin and water; stir to form thin puree; add onion.
Boil for 3 minutes.
Add milk or cream, salt to taste, and curry powder.
Heat through, stirring constantly.
Sprinkle mint over the top just before serving.
