Kele Ka Mitha

  Bananas 6 , sliced into thick serving pieces
  Castor sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Instant coffee 1 Tablespoon
  Rum 1 Tablespoon (optional)
  Almonds 1 Tablespoon, toasted and sliced

Put the banana pieces in a bowl.
Mix the coffee in 1/2 cup hot water and add and dissolve sugar.
Keep aside to cool.
Whip the cream and add to the coffee mixture.
Add rum.
Stir and pour over bananas.
Sprinkle a few almond slices on top and serve chilled.
