Kele Ka Mitha
|Bananas||6 , sliced into thick serving pieces|
|Castor sugar||2 Tablespoon|
|Cream||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Instant coffee||1 Tablespoon|
|Rum||1 Tablespoon (optional)|
|Almonds||1 Tablespoon, toasted and sliced|
Put the banana pieces in a bowl.
Mix the coffee in 1/2 cup hot water and add and dissolve sugar.
Keep aside to cool.
Whip the cream and add to the coffee mixture.
Stir and pour over bananas.
Sprinkle a few almond slices on top and serve chilled.
