Ribbon Pakoda

Ingredients
  Rice flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Besan 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chilli powder 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 10 Gram
  Jeera 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

* Grind nicely the garlic with 1/4 cup water, filter and take out that water.

* With the rice flour add besan, chilli powder, salt, jeera or ajwain, garlic water, ghee or butter and add water and mix as chapatti dough.

* Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan, fill the dough in ribbon pakoda auchu and press it directly in oil like how you pour batter for rava dosa, first from outside to inside.

* Take it out after it comes golden brown. * Always keep flame in medium or medium high.

Storage tips:
store in an air tight container.

Good one. I like this so much but I don't have a muruku presser with me. I should one get from India on my next vacation!
