Besan Sev Ki Barfi
|Saltless sev||2 Cup (32 tbs) (readymade)|
|Sugar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Sliced nuts||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Cardamom powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened khoya||1 Cup (16 tbs) (burnt milk)|
|Rose essence||1 Teaspoon|
Add 1/2 cup water to sugar and cook till the syrup is of a two thread consistency.
Add khoya and blend.
Remove from fire.
Add broken sev, nuts, raisins, cardamom powder and essence.
Pour onto a greased plate and cool.
Cut into squares and serve at room temperature.
