Mangalorean Red Chili And Coconut Chutney

  Fresh coconut 1⁄2 , grated
  Red chillies 4
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Tamarind pulp 3 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Urad dal 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red chillies 2 (for seasoning)
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon

1. Grind together grated coconut, red chillies, garlic, tamarind pulp and salt to a paste.
2. Heat ghee, fry red chillies, urad dal and mustard seeds for 1-2 minutes and pour over the chutney. Chill and serve.
