Badam Ki Chandli
|Ground almonds||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Cardamom powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Ground sugar||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vanilla essence||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Almond essence||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Make a stiff dough with almond powder, sugar, all the essences and spices, adding milk as needed.
Roll out small discs, 6 cm in diameter, and lay on a greased tray.
Bake in a moderate oven till golden and crisp.
Cool and serve.
