Prawn With Spicy Indian Cheese Sauce
|Tiger prawns||500 Gram, shelled, washed, drained and cut into bite size pieces|
|Carrots||2 Medium, peeled, cut into bite size pieces and steamed|
|Shelled green peas||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), steamed|
|Spicy indian cheese sauce||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Boiled rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
1. Prepare the sauce as directed. Heat oil and saute prawn pieces for 5 minutes.
2. Pour sauce and mix well. Reduce heat and bring to the boil. Stir all the time.
3. Remove from heat and serve with boiled rice and steamed vegetables. Garnish with chopped parsley.
