Prawn With Spicy Indian Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
  Tiger prawns 500 Gram, shelled, washed, drained and cut into bite size pieces
  Carrots 2 Medium, peeled, cut into bite size pieces and steamed
  Shelled green peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), steamed
  Spicy indian cheese sauce 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Boiled rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Prepare the sauce as directed. Heat oil and saute prawn pieces for 5 minutes.
2. Pour sauce and mix well. Reduce heat and bring to the boil. Stir all the time.
3. Remove from heat and serve with boiled rice and steamed vegetables. Garnish with chopped parsley.
