Ingredients
  Alphonso mango pulp 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Cream 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Mango 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Chill pulp and mix with the sugar.
Dissolve the sugar and add the cream.
Blend and add cardamom powder.
Chill.
Serve in individual cups.
