Paneer And Corn Patties

Ingredients
  Skim milk paneer 1 Kilogram, crumbled (Fresh)
  Ginger chilli paste 2 Tablespoon
  Spring onion 12 , chopped
  Corn kernels 250 Gram, washed and drained (Canned)
  Bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh coriander 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped fresh mint 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
For the sauce:
  Finely chopped red bell pepper 1⁄2
  Sweet chilli sauce 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Combine and mix all ingredients for the patties in a bowl.
2. Divide the mixture equally into 30 balls. Shape into patties.
3. Place the patties on a baking tray and bake uncovered in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until well browned.
4. In between the baking time, turn the patties on their sides to make sure the patties are well browned on both sides.
