Paneer And Corn Patties
|Skim milk paneer||1 Kilogram, crumbled (Fresh)|
|Ginger chilli paste||2 Tablespoon|
|Spring onion||12 , chopped|
|Corn kernels||250 Gram, washed and drained (Canned)|
|Bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh coriander||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh mint||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|For the sauce:|
|Finely chopped red bell pepper||1⁄2|
|Sweet chilli sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
1. Combine and mix all ingredients for the patties in a bowl.
2. Divide the mixture equally into 30 balls. Shape into patties.
3. Place the patties on a baking tray and bake uncovered in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until well browned.
4. In between the baking time, turn the patties on their sides to make sure the patties are well browned on both sides.
