Paneer Tikka

Ingredients
  Capsicums 2
  Tomatoes 2
  Paneer 1⁄2 Kilogram (skim milk)
  Garlic paste 1 Tablespoon
  Ginger paste 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped green chillies 1
  Chilly powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon
  Grated papaya 1 Teaspoon
  Mace piece 1 Small
  Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (1 bowl)
  Salt To Taste
  Besan 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In one bowl of curd add all the ingredients. Beat well and make a mixture. This is the basic red tandoori masala.
2. Marinate the paneer, capsicums, and tomatoes in this masala for 15 minutes and then roast or grill them on both the sides.
3. Garnish with cucumber, tomatoes, onions and raw papaya.
