Ingredients1/2 cup butter or margarine
3 cups cooked rice
1 1/2 lb. cooked smoked haddock
10 tablespoons light cream
3-4 hard-cooked eggs
Heat the butter or margarine in a pan.
Add the rice, flaked haddock and cream.
Heat gently, then add the chopped egg whites and seasoning.
Top with the chopped egg yolks.
