1.Heat oil and fry medium sized pieces of jackfruit to pink colour
2. Season long pieces of two onions in heated oil to red colour. Add ginger, garlic and chilli paste and cook.
3. Add salt, spices and ¼ th bowl of water and fry. Add cream and mix well.
4. Add fried pieces of jackfruit , toss well ass water and cook.
5.When cooked stir the piece without breaking them , dry the water.
6. Garnish with dry fruits and coriander at the time of serving.
