Spinach Idli

Spinach idli is the modification of idli which is improved in colour as well as nutritive value.
Ingredients
  Curd 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Semolina 250 Gram
  Spinach 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Sodium bicarbonate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ginger paste 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Oil 2 Teaspoon
Directions

1Beat the curd and soak semolina in it for 40-45 minutes.
2.Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly, discarding the stems. Drain well and chop.
3.Add soda and salt to the semolina curd mixture, mix well. Now add spinach and ginger- green chilli paste to it. Add oil.
4.Grease idli moulds and pour in the batter. Steam for 10 minutes
5.Serve the idlis with coconut chutney or sambhar as desired.
