Easy and tasty marinated chicken recipe
Ingredients
  Chicken 300 Gram (Ingredients oil)
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped (For the 1st marination)
  Garlic 1⁄2 Teaspoon, chopped (For the 1st marination)
  Cardamom powder 1 Pinch (For the 1st marination)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon (For the 1st marination)
  Salt To Taste (For the 1st marination)
  Fresh cream 3 Teaspoon
  Cream fresh 3 Teaspoon (For the 2nd marination)
  Hung curd 4 Tablespoon
  Curd 4 Tablespoon (For the 2nd marination)
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For the 2nd marination)
Directions

Method: For the first marination; mix the chicken with the chopped ginger, chopped garlic, cardamom powder, lemon juice and salt and keep it for 3-4 hours.

For the second marination, now add cream, hung curd and garam masala to the marinated chicken and leave it aside for another 2-3 hours.

For the main preparation: heat oil in a wok. Add the marinated chicken to it and cook for 8 minutes on a low flame. Serve hot with rice or rotis.
