I went to an Indian restaurant last Saturday night and tried this Chilli Chicken Tawa - for first time - it was absolutely stunning, gorgeous. I asked the waiter for the recipe, but it was "a family secret Medem" !!!!! So I searched the web-site and found this recipe. All I can say is .THIS recipe equalled, if not surpassed the Restaurant recipe..............my only addition was chilli and a bit more yoghurt. It was absolutely superb. We had it with rice & cheese & garlic naan's - a recipe I make from friends from South Goa, who were at supper last night - and told me that I was "turning into a good Indian Chef" - What a compliment eh ! Would recommend this to anyone.
