Gajjar Ka Halwa
|Grated carrots||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Whole milk||1 1⁄2 Liter|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cardamom seeds||5 , crushed|
|Slivered blanched almonds||2 Tablespoon|
|Melon seeds||1 Tablespoon|
1. In a heavy-bottomed kadai boil together milk, carrots, cardamoms and sugar, stirring frequently.
2. When dry add the cream, mix well.
3. Lastly add the dry fruit, saving half for garnishing.
