Gajjar Ka Halwa

Ingredients
  Grated carrots 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Whole milk 1 1⁄2 Liter
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cardamom seeds 5 , crushed
  Slivered blanched almonds 2 Tablespoon
  Kishmish 2 Tablespoon
  Melon seeds 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In a heavy-bottomed kadai boil together milk, carrots, cardamoms and sugar, stirring frequently.
2. When dry add the cream, mix well.
3. Lastly add the dry fruit, saving half for garnishing.
