Bread Tikki

Ingredients
For the tikki:
  Besan 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Medium Cup)
  Ginger paste 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Green chilli 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Onions 3 Medium, chopped
  Curd 1 Tablespoon (Skimmed Milk)
  Soda bicarbonate 1⁄2 Teaspoon
For the base :
  Sandwich bread slice 2
For the topping:
  Paneer cubes 2 (Skimmed Milk)
  Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon (As Required)
Directions

For the base:
1. Cut the bread into four pieces.
2. Roast the bread.
For the tikki :
1. Add water to the besan and mix well.
2. Add green chillies, ginger paste, onions, curd and mix well.
3. Finally add salt and soda bi-carbonate and mix well.
4. Before baking finally, add the coriander leaves..
5. Take a little mix on the hand and give the shape of cutlets (tikki).
6. Roast one by one all the tikkis.
