Cabbage Sabji In Milk

Ingredients
  Cabbage 500 Gram
  Milk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ghee 1 Tablespoon
  Grated cashews/Grated peanuts 2 Tablespoon
  Grated coconut 2 Tablespoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Sweet neem sprigs 1
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice To Taste
  Coriander leaves 4 Tablespoon
  Green chillies 2
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cornflour 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Shred cabbage coarsely.
Wash and drain it.
Add 1/2 cup water to cabbage and cook in pressure cooker or cook in a pan using 1 cup water.
Combine nuts, cumin seeds, coconut, chillies, coriander leaves, neem leaves and pepper and grind to a fine paste.
Add this paste to cooked cabbage.
Also add sugar.
Cook for a minute.
Blend cornflour with milk and pour on the cooked cabbage.
Simmer for two minutes.
Add salt and lemon juice, just before serving.
