Matar Paneer

Ingredients
  Paneer 250 Gram, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Shelled peas 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onions 2
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Tomatoes 3
  Brown cardamom 1 (Use The Seeds Of Moti Illaichi)
  Cloves 2 (Laung)
  Beaten curd/Malai 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon (Dhania Powder)
  Red chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garam masala 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Mixed Spices)
  Ghee/4-5 tablespoon oil 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cut paneer into piece.
2. Grind onions, ginger, cloves, moti illaichi and tomatoes to a puree in a liquidizer.
3. Heat ghee. Add the onion - tomato puree. Cook till thick and dry.
4. Slow down the fire and cook till ghee separates.
5. Add well beaten malai or curd, cook till ghee separates again.
6. Add red chilli pd. and dhania pd.
7. Add peas, cook for 1 minute.
8. Add enough water to get a thick gravy. Add salt to taste.
9. Cook covered till peas are done.
10. Add paneer and garam masala.
11. Cook on low heat for 3-4 minutes till paneer gets soft and ghee separates.
