Ingredients
  Wheat flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Ghee 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Banana 2
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Almonds 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Heat the ghee in a large pan and stir fry the flour till pink and aromatic.
Add sugar, milk and 1/2 cup water.
Cook on a low flame till blended.
Add mashed bananas and cardamom powder.
Cover, and cook till ghee begins to separate.
Serve warm, with almonds on top.
