|Buttermilk||1 Liter (skimmed milk)|
|Sweet corn||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Gram flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (besan)|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
|Ginger||1 Inch (25 mm)|
|Chilli powder||1 Tablespoon|
|Turmeric powder||1 Pinch|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
1. Mix the buttermilk with all the other ingredients together and stir well.
2. Separate mixture into two equal portions and stir in 1 tsp of baking powder in each portion.
3. Place the portions in a pan (20cm wide, 2-3 cm thick) in a double boiler and steam the two pans separately for 20 minutes each.
4. When it is colled, cut in squares.
