Chatpata Aloo

It is my kids favourite also.
Ingredients
  Potatoes 1 Kilogram, cut into cubes (boiled)
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (for cooking)
  Cooking oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Saunf 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry leaves 10
  Kari leaf 10
  Red chili 6 (whole)
  Red chilli 6
  Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
  Tumeric 1 Teaspoon
  Red chilli powder 1 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Green chili slices 8 , cut slices
  Green chillies 7
  Coriander 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Coriander leaves 3 Tablespoon, chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Ripe tomato 2 , chopped
  Chopped tomatoes 2
Directions

Heat up a pan, put oil in it.
When oil heat up add all seeds, cumin seeds, mustured, Saunf, whole red chilli, and ksri leaves in it.
Seeds become golden add boiled potato cubes with salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriender powder and green chilli and chopped tomatoes.
And sorte it for 5 min.
Now it dish out and squeeze lemon juice ,garnish with chopped coriender leaves.
