Paneer Circles

Ingredients
  Fresh bread slice 3
For filling
  Paneer 100 Gram, mashed
  Capsicum 1 , very finely chopped
  Orange color/Yellow color 3 Drop
  Butter 1 Tablespoon (Approximately)
  Green chillies 2 , finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Garam masala 1 Teaspoon (Or To Taste)
  Red chili powder To Taste
  Tomato ketchup 1 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Mash paneer. Add all other ingredients of the filling.
2. Remove sides of the bread.
3. Press with a belan (rolling pin) all over.
4. Spread some filling.
5. Roll up.
6. Keep the roll tightly rolled up in a damp cloth for 15 minutes.
7. Spread some softened butter on the roll.
8. Cut into four pieces.
9. Grill for 10-15 minutes in a hot oven. To make fried paneer circles, proceed till step no. 6, then deep fry the roll. Cut into four pieces.
