Ingredients
For curry
  Butter milk 1 Liter (Of Skimmed Milk)
  Besan 200 Gram
  Green chillies 3 , chopped
  Ginger piece 1 Small
  Black pepper 1 Pinch
  Salt To Taste
For chaat
  Moong 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sprouted and boiled
  Moth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sprouted and boiled
  Black channa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sprouted and boiled
  Green channa 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), sprouted and boiled
  Bhel papdi 12 , baked
For kofta
  Channa dal 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), soaked
  Chopped palak 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red mirchi powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dhania powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hing 1 Pinch
  Shredded cabbage/Carrot / capsicums 2 Ounce
  Coriander 2 Teaspoon (For Decoration)
Directions

For Curry :
1. Add all ingredients and put it on steam for 30 minutes.
For Chaat :
1. Crush the papdi into small pieces.
2. Make a tadka of moth, moong, black and green channa. Add masala to it.
3. Put 4-5 drops of lemon and garam masala.
For Kofta:
1. Grind dal and mix palak.
2. Add masala and then bake them.
