Churme Ke Laddu
|Whole meal flour/Null||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Atta)|
|Ghee/Null||4 Tablespoon (Null)|
|Cardamom powder/Null||1 Teaspoon (Null)|
|Sugar/Null||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Null)|
|Mixed nuts/Null||1 Tablespoon, coarsely pounded (Null)|
|Raisins/Null||1 Tablespoon, coarsely pounded (Null)|
With enough water, make a stiff dough of the flour.
Make small balls of the dough and roll out each into a 12 cm disc.
On a dry griddle, cook each disc till crisp and done.
When all the discs are done, crush them to a fairly fine powder.
Heat ghee and stir fry the powder till pink.
Add sugar, nuts, raisins and cardamom powder.
While the mixture is still warm, make into small, firm balls with greased hands.
Cool and serve.
