Ingredients
  Green gram/Null 2 Cup (32 tbs) (Null)
  Onion/Null 1 (Null)
  Salt/Null To Taste (Null)
  Spinach leaves/Null 15 (Null)
  Green chilies/Null 3 (Null)
  Turmeric powder/Null 1 Pinch (Null)
Directions

1. Soak Moong Dal for 2 1/2 hrs.
2. Dry palak leaves after washing and cut them in medium size. Keep this aside.
3. Chop onion {not very fine).
4. In a mixer, take Moong Dal, ginger, chilli and grind it.
5. Don't add more water while grinding, otherwise the bhajiya's mixture will be thin.
6. Take this mixture in a vessel and add palak, onion, turmeric. Mix it well.
7. Add salt to it.
8. Steam them in an idli stand in the form of pakoras.
9. Bake them in an oven till brown.
