Ingredients
  Suji 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Curd 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Skimmed Milk)
  Salt To Taste
  Red chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Capsicum 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rye 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soy sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Green chilies 3
  Sugar 1 Pinch
  Pepper corn 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

For Idli :
1. First mix suji, dahi, salt and red chilli powder.
2. Keep it for 5-6 minutes, then again mix and add some water to make dough.
3. Then add Eno and mix gently, then steam in mini idli stand for 8-10 minutes.
For Tadka :
1. Heat a non stick pan, add rye, curry leaves, and green chillies and stir well.
2. Then add carrots, capiscums and saute for 1 minute:.
3. Add vinegar, soya sauce, salt, sugar and mix well.
4. Add cabbage and stir, then add steamed idlis and mix it for 1 minute.
5. Garnish with crushed pepper corn.
