Ingredients
  Chopped okra/Null 500 Gram (Bhindi)
  Onions/Null 2 Large, finely chopped (Null)
  Green chilies/Null 6 , finely chopped (Null)
  Coriander leaves/Null 4 (Null)
  Cumin seeds/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Salt/Null To Taste (Null)
  Turmeric powder/Null 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Null)
  Ghee/Oil 3 Tablespoon (Null)
  Chopped pimiento/Tomatoes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Null)
Directions

Heat ghee in a pan and fry cumin and onion.
Let cook on low fire for two minutes.
Add lady fingers.
Cook uncovered till they are tender.
Add salt, turmeric and chillies.
Crumble cottage cheese and add to cooked vegetable.
Add tomatoes and cook on slightly high flame for five minutes or until the vegetable is dry.
Garnish with coriander leaves before serving.
