Ingredients
  Paneer cubes/Null 250 Gram (Null)
  Ghee/Null 3 Tablespoon (Null)
  Carom seeds/Null 1 Teaspoon, crushed (Ajwain)
  Onions/Null 2 Large, finely chopped (Null)
  Ginger/Null 1 Inch, finely chopped (Null)
  Green chilies/Null 2 , finely chopped (Null)
  Garam masala/Null 1 Teaspoon (Mixed Spices)
  Red chili powder/Null 1 Teaspoon (Null)
  Coriander powder/Null 1 Teaspoon (Dhania)
  Beaten curd/Null 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Null)
  Salt/Null To Taste (Null)
Directions

1. Cut paneer into pieces.
2. Heat 3 tbsp ghee, add 1 tsp ajwain crushed on a chakla-belan.
3. Add onions, green chillies and ginger. Cook till onions turn brown.
4. Add 1 tsp chilli powder and 1 tsp dhania powder. Mix well. Add paneer.
5. Blend in 3/4 cup beaten curd, salt and 1 tsp garam masala. Cook till curd dries up & ghee separates.
