Palak Paneer

Ingredients
  Paneer 150 Gram, cut into 1 inch cubes and deep fried
  Spinach leaves 1⁄2 Kilogram (Small Size, Paneer)
  Onions 2
  Ginger piece 1 Inch
  Garlic flakes 6
  Tomatoes 2 , chopped
  Green chilies 2 , chopped
  Ghee 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Brown cardamom 2 , skinned and crushed (Moti Illaichi)
Directions

1. Wash, chop, palak. Pressure cook with 1/2 cup water for 10 minutes on low heat after the first whistle.
2. Cool. Grind to a smooth paste.
3. Grind onions, garlic & ginger together.
4. Heat ghee. Add onions paste. Cook till onions turn golden brown and ghee separates.
5. Add chopped tomatoes & green chillies. Cook for 5-6 minutes on slow fire, till ghee separates.
6. Add the ground palak, add a little water if too thick.
7. Cook for 5-7 minutes on slow fire. Blend well.
8. Back to the stove and add illaichi salt and paneer. Mix well. Remove from fire.
