My friend, who is a professional chef at famous Five Star Hotel, gave me this Mix vegetable Curry recipe. Mix vegetable Curry is a delicious Indian curry .It is very popular dish in Punjab. It is included as a main dish in Indian lunch and dinner menu . Mix vegetable Curry goes well with pulao , but it can also be eaten with plain rice .   Onion 300 Gram
  Tomato 200 Gram
  Garlic 30 Gram
  Red chilli 15 Gram
  Cumin 10 Gram
  Ginger paste 60 Gram
  Garlic paste 30 Gram
  Turmeric 10 Gram
  Salt To Taste
  Green chillies 5 Gram
  Coriander 60 Gram
  Ginger 30 Gram
  Carrot 200 Gram
  Green peas 200 Gram
  Cauliflower 1 Kilogram
  Beans 300 Gram
  Potato 300 Gram
  Oil 200 Milliliter

Cut carrots, beans, potatoes into dices, cauliflower into small flowerettes.

Blanch the vegetables and salt.

Chop onion, puree the tomato, chop ginger, garlic, green chillies, green coriander.

Cooking – heat oil, add cumin, when crackles, add garlic, stir fry to a golden brown colour.add onion, stir fry to a light brown colour.

Add ginger paste, garlic paste, along with the powdered spices.

Bring to boil, simmer for a minute. Add tomato, bring to a boil. Simmer until oil leaves the masala. Add vegetables, mix bring to a boil, simmer until, vegetables are cooked.

Adjust seasoning. Add ginger, green chillies, green coriander.
Consistency – pouring.

Nice recipe ganesh. Did you mean the powdered spices for Redchilly, coriander and turmeric? or anyothers..

I cooked this Curry recipe yesterday and I was dying to reach the computer today to write you my opinion about it. The food recipe it`s deadly I gotta say. I`m gonna cook it tonight as well cause everyone inside my house loves it and they have eaten without taking a breath. Good job and thanks again.
