Ingredients
  Puffed rice 1⁄2 Kilogram (Murmura)
  Onions 4
  Potatoes 4
  Tomatoes 4
  Raw mango 1
  Coriander leaves 1 Tablespoon
For sweet chutney
  Khajoor 1⁄4 Kilogram (Dates)
  Tamarind 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Jaggery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dhania jeera powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Powder Of Coriander And Cumin Seeds)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
For green chutney
  Green chilies 20
  Pudina 25 (Mint Leaves)
  Coriander leaves 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

For Sweet Chutney:
1. Mix together khajoor, tamarind, gur and salt in 2 cups water.
2. Bring it to boil about 3-4 times.
3. Remove from flame and allow it to cool.
4. Grind to paste and sieve it.
5. Add 2 cups water, Dhania-Jeera powder, red chilli powder and salt, and mix well.
For Green chutney:
1. Grind to fine paste green chillies, pudhina leaves, coriander leaves and salt.
2. Stir in water.
For Bhel:
1. Finely chop onions, tomatoes and raw mango.
2. Boil potatoes, peel it and cut to pieces.
3. Mix well murmura, sweet chutney and green chutney.
4. Add chopped onions and potatoes and blend well.
