Sweet Corn And Peas With Paneer

Ingredients
  Sweetcorn kernels 8 Ounce (225 Gram)
  Shelled peas 4 1⁄2 Ounce (125 Gram)
  Paneer cubes 12
  Carrot 1 Large
  Red pepper 1⁄2
  Corn oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 , finely chopped
  Ginger 1 Inch, grated
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped
  Crushed dried red chilies 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Mint leaves 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
  Coriander sprig 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
Directions

1. Chop the carrot. Deseed the red pepper and slice it.
2. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sweetcorn, peas, chopped carrot and pepper slices, followed by the ginger, garlic, crushed chillies and salt to taste. Continue to stir-fry over a moderate heat for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the panir and cook for 3-5 minutes more.
