Sweet Corn And Peas With Paneer
|Sweetcorn kernels||8 Ounce (225 Gram)|
|Shelled peas||4 1⁄2 Ounce (125 Gram)|
|Corn oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 , finely chopped|
|Ginger||1 Inch, grated|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely chopped|
|Crushed dried red chilies||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Mint leaves||1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)|
|Coriander sprig||1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)|
1. Chop the carrot. Deseed the red pepper and slice it.
2. Heat the oil and fry the onion for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the sweetcorn, peas, chopped carrot and pepper slices, followed by the ginger, garlic, crushed chillies and salt to taste. Continue to stir-fry over a moderate heat for 3-5 minutes.
3. Add the panir and cook for 3-5 minutes more.
