Harvest Ring Around Platter

Ingredients
  Stewed prunes 1 Cup (16 tbs), drained and pitted
  Cream cheese 3 Tablespoon, softened
  Banana 1 (All Yellow Variety)
  Avocado 1 , peeled and sliced thin
  Red apple 1 , unpared and thinly sliced
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Pineapple slices 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained and halved
  Orange 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), drained
  Tokay grapes 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Stuff prunes with cream cheese.
Peel banana, then run fork down it lengthwise all around for crinkly edge; slice diagonally.
Sprinkle banana cuts, avocado, and apple with lemon juice to keep them bright.
Line platter with lettuce and arrange the fruits atop (some fruits are pretty lined up together in rows like avocado slices alternated with half rings of pineapple, or apple slices alternated with orange sections).
