Healthy Gram Chaat

Ingredients
  Roasted bengal gram/Chick peas 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sprouted green gram 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato 1 , chopped
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Coriander 1 Teaspoon, chopped
  Green chili 1 , finely chopped
  Ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Lemon juice To Taste
Directions

1. Boil sprouts in water till soft but not soggy.
2. Drain and chill well.
3. Add all ingredients and toss well.
4. Add a few pinches of chaat masala if desired.
