Tricolor Idlis

Ingredients
  Cocktail idli 5
  Boondi 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Green chutney 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Red chutney
  Beaten curd 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Skimmed Milk)
  Green chilies To Taste
  Tomatoes 2
  Boiled potatoes 2
  Coriander leaves 2 Tablespoon
  Chaat masala 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Sev 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onions 2 , chopped
Directions

1. Steam idlis in the cocktail plates.
2. Just before serving arrange the idlis in a plate.
3. Add a little of the sev and boondi.
4. Add a spoon of red chutney followed by green chutney.
5. Add the cut tomatoes and potatoes.
