Ingredients
  Paneer 2 Cup (32 tbs), very finely chopped
  Sweetened condensed milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Almonds 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Pistachios 1 Tablespoon, minced
  Cardamom powder 1 Teaspoon
  Milk 7 Cup (112 tbs)
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Raisins 1 Tablespoon
  Saffron 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Simmer milk till it is reduced to 6 cups.
Add sugar and condensed milk and blend till thick.
Add paneer, nuts, cardamom powder and saffron.
Simmer very gently till thick and creamy.
Chill and serve.
