|Lean salt pork||1⁄2 Pound, diced|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Canned red kidney beans||21 Ounce, drained (2 1/3 Cups, One 1-Pound, 5-Ounce Can)|
|Cooked rice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Fry salt pork until crisp and brown.
Pour off about half of fat.
