An innovative mutton pakora recipe for your special party. Make delicious deep fried mutton dumpling as snack for your friends gathering. Have a blast with food that sets the right mood for the evening.
Ingredients
  Minced meat 500 Gram (Goat)
  Egg 2
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄2 Inch
  Coriander leaves 1 Bunch (100 gm) (Dhania Patta)
  Ginger 1 Inch
  Garlic flakes 10
  Green chilly 3
  Elaichi 2 (Chhoti)
  Haldi powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Jeera powder 1 Teaspoon
  Dhania powder 1 Teaspoon
  Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garam masala powder 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind the above written ingredients with keema (minced mutton).

In a marinating dish, transfer the above ground material.

Add egg, and butter. Marinate for 2 hours.

Make round balls of keema.

Heat oil in a frying pan and deep fry the keema balls till golden red.

Serve with onion rings, lemon pieces and tomato sauce.
