Lamb Patties With Mint Cream

Ingredients
  Ground lamb 1 Pound
  Onion 1 Small, chopped
  Celery salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mint cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine lamb, onion, celery salt, and pepper; mix well.
Shape into 4 patties.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
Turn and broil 5 minutes on other side or until lamb is desired degree of doneness, but not overcooked.
